His announcement was a clear to all seo communities that no more Google penguin updates after this year. The coming and last version will be Penguin 4.0

There are lots of marketers who are thinking that if this one is last one, then what Google is planning because this update has inforced everyone in the SEO industry to think over new kind of updates. Of course, it may be surprising for all and might be horrible too.
We may see some ups and downs in the rankings by next month and the good news is that once it is done then we will be free because no more update after that as per Google. But, we might see some changes because of Panda updates. Let this new Google penguin update happen and hope for the best.
